I once received a comment on a post I wrote that said, "Are you crazy?" It was such a random insult that it's still stuck in my mind. People who leave such malicious comments thrive on attention, so I simply ignored it. But occasionally, when I'm writing, that phrase, "Are you crazy?", pops into my head.

It's an excessive amount of useless thinking.

So what if I am crazy? So what if I'm not? At least I'm living a normal life, happily writing, unlike the person who wrote that comment.

Negative Comments Don't Matter

Woman at the Window (1924)_Auguste Oleffe (Belgian, 1867-1931)

I sometimes get stressed out by unexpected comments, but ultimately, you can't control every unexpected situation and stress in life. Regardless of what others say, I'll keep writing diligently today. That's a writer's job. With gratitude for today, where I can write without unnecessary thoughts.

▶ Excessive thinking is often due to genetic or environmental factors, but ultimately, the unique way in which you stress over everything is due to your own unique way of evaluating things.

▶ In a state of 'anxiety', can you see that you are constantly making judgments and interpretations? In a state of 'awareness', do you consciously acknowledge what is happening, without negative judgment or resistance, and accept the situation as it is? Furthermore, do you realize that you are creating the slightest opportunity and possibility to choose what you want to do next, without being swept away by stress?

▶ We all have different temperaments and degrees of resilience. We also experience different levels of stress from our environment. However, how we evaluate our experiences and move forward is the area we have the most control over. Overthinking is not a natural state, nor is it necessary.
